On the occasion of the 3rd Hollywoodism International Conference, 130 participants from Europe and the United States known for their alternative visions and actions, traveled for the first time to Tehran to meet analysts, filmmakers and activists with different point of views, but also discover a country that has been sanctioned for having resisted global hegemony.
The Conference was organized around the themes of Hollywoodism and the philosophies of the movie industry based on Zionist strategies and the decline of moral values that is seeping into the lives and minds of millions of consumers of the products of Hollywood.
On this first trip to Iran, many American war veterans, a Democrat Senator, a California mayor and many University professors from the United States as well as independent film makers and journalists from European countries discovered different facet’s of a country which surprised many among them, due to the hospitality and cultural variety.
